Fitopia has been a fixture in Edegem and far beyond since 1994. With more than 10,000 m² of fitness, wellness and coaching space, it is much more than a classic fitness centre. Fitopia is a place that inspires, that combines relaxation and exercise and is committed to a personalised approach. But despite that unique experience and warm community, one crucial link was missing: a strong and cohesive digital presence.
The team was at a loss. They even considered hiring an internal marketing profile, but did not find the right match. Moreover, the financial picture of an internal profile proved less attractive. During our first conversation, we showed how Rebel Agency could bring what they needed: a strategic partner who thinks and does, who understands and translates the story. Not just any agency, but an extension of their team.
Fitopia wanted grow, their community stronger make and also radiate who they are digitally. From that need, we started.
From day one, we bet on a 360° approach: well-thought-out, structured and with attention to every detail. Not with ad hoc actions, but with a clear strategy in which content, branding, campaigns and community together form one whole. As an external marketing team, we took charge of all facets, each aligned with Fitopia's values, mission and atmosphere.
Fitopia's existing branding was recognisable, but did not yet translate well to their digital channels. We therefore worked a concrete communication strategy out, including tone of voice, audience targeting, content themes and post formats. On this basis, we brought more peace, consistency and recognisability in their digital communications.
We carefully monitored the corporate identity across all channels - from social visuals to flyers and digital screens in the club itself. The result: a clear, attractive visual identity that communicates the Fitopia philosophy at every touchpoint.
We organised several photo shoots on location to professional, authentic and versatile imagery create. Not just any images, but content that visually conveys the Fitopia experience: people in action, relaxation, connection.
These images are used widely: online on social media and the website, as well as offline on leaflets, banners, flyers and print material at the centre. With this integrated approach, all visuals form one coherent and powerful story.

We took the full management of all social media channels on us: from Fitopia themselves among their derivative brands such as Saunatopia, Velotopia, Yogatopia and the Crossfitbox. Each sub-brand was given its own angle and content plan, but at the same time integrated into the whole.
We created a recognisable style per channel, wrote and scheduled all content, and provided a integrated community strategy. Each post is strategically built with a purpose: Stimulate interaction, inform members, attract new people and strengthen the Fitopia family.
In addition, we manage Google My Business as a full-fledged channel: we publish news, respond to reviews, update visuals and make sure the info is always correct. Meanwhile, the GMB score rose from 4.0 to 4.8 with more than 2,000 reviews.
Community building goes beyond posting: we focus on interaction, responding to questions and messages, and encouraging users to share content themselves. Fitopia is alive - also online.
In addition to organic content, we build targeted campaigns. From boosts around specific actions (such as promos, classes or seasonal renewals) to broader advertising campaigns for reach and conversion. Also Google Ads and remarketingare deployed smartly.
We also run campaigns targeting employer branding. Fitopia was regularly looking for new employees, and through smart targeting on job platforms, LinkedIn and Meta Ads, we generated warm leads with a strong visual and content. The result: more high-quality applications, without classic job ads.
Our cooperation with Fitopia is one of the long haul. We continue to build, optimise and innovate. New campaigns, content series and strategic steps are constantly being set up.
The goal: to keep Fitopia growing, both as a brand and as a community.
